How fast can you start on a case?
Most cases move within one business day of intake. We confirm the file, draft the correct notice, and schedule service immediately.
Do you handle the court appearance?
Yes. We appear at the hearing as your authorized agent, present the file, and preserve the record for any post-judgment steps.
What does your pricing include?
Our flat fee covers notice prep and service, petition drafting and filing, court appearance, judgment, and writ coordination. Court costs are passed through at actual cost.

Do you offer volume pricing for property managers?
Yes. Portfolio clients get a dedicated coordinator, batched intake, and volume pricing across all units.
What happens after judgment?
